Earlier today, we found out that four more Disney World restaurants are reopening soon!
Columbia Harbour House, Pizzafari, Toledo, and Yachtsman Steakhouse are all reopening the first week of August and we’re excited to visit them once again and share our thoughts. And now, we know what the menus are going to look like at two of those spots!
Kicking things off with Yachtsman Steakhouse, things are looking very different! The first-course menu has been significantly pared down, losing items like the Charcuterie Board and the Badger Flame Beet Salad. Now, your options include a Caesar Salad or a Steakhouse Wedge Salad for $15, a Lobster Bisque or Beef Carpaccio for $16, a French Onion Soup for $14, and a Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail for $21.
The Chef’s Signature Offerings include the 28-oz Prime Porterhouse for Two, which has gone up in price to $139 and includes Cognac-truffle butter and your choice of two steakhouse sides. You’ll also be able to order the Chilled Admiral’s Tower for Two, which has Maine Lobster, Snow Crab, Tuna Tartare, Jumbo Shrimp, Mussels, Scallop Ceviche, and Charred Octopus Salad, all for $135.
If you’re looking for good steak options, check out the Butcher’s Cuts menu with options like the 8-oz Black Angus Filet Mignon for $54 and the 14-oz Roasted Prime Rib for $52. They also have a 12-oz New York Strip Steak for $56 and a $59 16-oz Rib-eye Steak. You can enhance your steak Oscar-style with Alaskan King Crab, Asparagus, and Béarnaise for $25 or by adding Maine Lobster for $28.
The Land and Sea Entree selection is very different than before, with Dry-Aged Duroc Pork Chop, Seafood Cioppino, Pan-Seared Golden Tilefish, Peruvian-Barbecued Chicken, and Sweet Potato and Seasonal Mushroom Dumplings. These entrees range in price from $36-$50.
As far as sides go, don’t worry — the Truffle Macaroni & Cheese is still available for $12. Along with it, you’ll find Creamed Spinach, Haricot Vert, Grilled Delta Asparagus, Roasted Seasonal Mushrooms, and House-Made Truffle Fries. The asparagus and mushrooms are $12 each, the haricot vert is $10.50, the spinach is $10, and the fries are $9.50.
And finally, there are some alterations to the dessert menu as well. You can still order the Yachtsman’s Chocolate Cakes, but now you’ll also have Strawberry Shortcake, Pineapple and Coconut Tart, and Crème Brûlée to choose from.
For the kids, they may choose either a Mixed Green Salad or a Chicken Noodle Soup as an appetizer. There are four create-your-own-entree selections: Grilled Chicken Breast, Baked Fish of the Day, Orecchiette Pasta and Meatballs, and Oak-grilled Steak Skewer. They’ll then get to choose two sides to go with their meal.
Also reopening on August 5th is Toledo at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. This tapas and seafood restaurant has updated its menu as well with some selections that sound pretty good! To kick off your meal, you can choose from a variety of starters, including Rioja-braised Chorizo, Charred Octopus, Romaine Salad, Pan con Tomate, ‘Aceitunas’ Marinated Olives, or the Flight of Four Pinxtos. You could also try The Spaniard for Two, which is the chef’s selection of charcuterie and cheeses for $35.
If you’d like a lovely meal to share, then try out the Chef’s Signature Dinner for Two. Priced at $129, this meal includes the Flight of Four Pinxtos, The Spaniard, Chuletón Bone-In Rib-Eye, and ‘The Toledo Tapas Bar Dessert.’
If you prefer to order your meals individually, there are 7 different entrees to choose from. You could get Grouper, Marinated Hanger Steak, Rioja-braised Chicken, Brick Oven Cauliflower, Scallops, Filet of Beef, or Chuletón Bone-In Rib-Eye for Two. The individual meals range in price from $28-$36, while the rib-eye double entree is $89.
And the fun doesn’t stop there — the sides sound just as delicious. With Roasted Cauliflower, Patatas Bravas, Brussles Sprouts, Braised Gigante Beans, Blistered Shishito Peppers, Roasted Tomato Bomba Rice, or Olive Oil-Potato Purée, you can’t go wrong! To cap off the meal with dessert, you can order ‘The Toledo Tapas Bar,’ Classic Crema Catalana, Chocolate-Avocado Mousse, or ‘Café con Leche’ Choux.
And finally, let’s discuss options for the kids! They have two appetizer choices: the Toledo Greens Salad or Hummus, Carrot Sticks, and Crackers. Entree options include everything from steak to fish, plus chicken meatballs, and shrimp. And for whichever entree they select, they can pick two sides to go with it!
