Recently, both Steakhouse 71 and Space 220 have opened in Disney World. And more exciting things like The Cake Bake Shop are on the way. On top of that, a NEW restaurant has just been announced for Disney Springs!
Summer House has just announced that will be opening a Summer House on the Lake location in Disney Springs in 2023.

The restaurant currently has locations in Chicago and North Bethesda.

They are known for serving up menu items like pizzas, sandwiches, pasta, and more. And when looking online, they also offer a weekend brunch and they host private parties!

Based on their Instagram, the existing locations seem to have an airy and natural feel with lots of natural lighting and greenery!

We cannot wait for more details on this spot and we will be sure to share them with you as soon as we know more! And at this time, the exact location inside Disney Springs has not been shared. What is interesting though is that they seem to be managed by lettuce entertain you, which is the same management hub for Beatrix. Beatrix is a location that was announced for Disney Springs before the closures and has been a project that has been on hold and quiet. We will continue to get all the details. For now, get yourself ready for the new location to hit Disney Springs in 2023!
