2024 is coming to an end, which means it is time to ring in the New Year.

Disney World knows how to celebrate the holidays, and many people flock to the Most Magical Place on Earth to celebrate the New Year. While the Park Pass Reservation System may seem like a thing of the past, it still is a thing and if you were looking to snag a reservation for New Year’s Eve, you are going to want to hurry as reservations are filling up FAST!
Park Pass Reservations are no longer needed for date-based tickets or for Annual Passholders after 2PM, except at the Magic Kingdom on weekends. Although the rules have been relaxed, Park Pass Reservations do tend to sell out for busy days like holidays.
Magic Kingdom Crowds on New Year’s Day 2024
Both the Magic Kingdom and EPCOT will have special celebrations to ring in 2025. Due to this both Magic Kingdom and EPCOT have already had their Park Pass Reservations fill up for December 31st. Don’t worry; if you are looking to visit the parks on New Year’s Eve, both Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios are still available.

All-day park hopping has returned, which means that you can snag a Park Pass Reservation for Animal Kingdom or Hollywood Studios and still hop on over to Magic Kingdom or EPCOT for the nighttime festivities. Annual Passholders can enter both Magic Kingdom and EPCOT after 2 PM without a reservation since New Year’s Eve falls on a Tuesday.
This is subject to park capacity, and it is not guaranteed that you will be able to enter if the park is full.
