STK Orlando in Disney Springs puts an innovative twist on the classic American steakhouse.
This spot offers a modern menu, along with a huge patio for prime outdoor seating. We visited STK last year after Disney Springs reopened, and there have been some changes since! We recently noticed that its menu has received a few updates, and we’re here to share them with you!
STK has made some adjustments to its lounge, brunch, and lunch menus! Let’s dive right in.
Let’s start off with the lounge menu! No longer available are the Oysters, Chopped Caesar Salad, Ceviche Tostada, Cheddar Grit Croquets, and Tuna Tartare Taco.
However, we see the addition of Crispy Calamari for $8, Olive Tapenade and Hummus for $5, Beef Tartare for $7, Jalapeño Pickled Shrimp Cocktail for $8, and the Steak & Egg with a grilled 8 oz. ribeye, fried egg, truffle butter, and fries for $27.
Now, onto brunch! Instead of Cinnamon Monkey Bread, we now have Cinnamon French Toast on brioche with berries, cream cheese icing, and maple syrup for $21. And, the Baby Gem Caesar Salad has changed things up a bit. It now comes with manchego cheese instead of parmesan, lemon black pepper emulsion, and herb croutons for $20.
The Blue Iceberg Salad sees a price increase from $16 to $19. The Burrata Salad has gone up in cost too, from $20 to $23. It now comes with marinated beetroot (rather than roasted), as well as pickled red onions and basil oil crunchy sourdough, instead of shallots and olive oil.
The Raw Bar section of the menu has received lots of price increases. The Oysters on a Half Shell have increased from $21 to $24 (half dozen), and from $42 to $48 for a dozen. The Alaskan King Crab is now listed as coming with dijon, cocktail sauce, and lemon for $32 (up from $28). Increased from $22, the Bigeye Tuna Tartare with Hass avocado, taro chips, soy-honey emulsion now costs $26.
The Seafood Platter for the Table is now called the Shellfish Platter for the Table and has gone up in price from $38 to $42. Also, the Hot Chicken and Waffle price has increased from $23 to $24.
There are price increases throughout the a la Carte STK portion of the menu:
- Filet 10 oz. from $57 to $61
- Filet 6 oz. from $46 to $48
- NY Strip 14 oz. from $54 to $61
- Dry-Aged Delmonico 14 oz. $74 to $78
The Brunch Entrees on the lunch menu see quite a few changes. The Smoked Pork Belly Eggs Benedict has gone up in price from $20 to $25. The Nutella-Stuffed Hawaiian Sweet Bread French Toast and the Linz Angus Brunch Burger are no longer available.
The Egg White Fritatta has changed to an Egg White Omelet with roasted pepper relish, caramelized onions, avocado, sauteed spinach, mushrooms, Emmental cheese, and baby greens for $23. Also, the Avocado Toast has gotten a makeover to include smashed avocado, cilantro, grilled sourdough bread, poached eggs, jalapeño, extra virgin olive oil, and toasted pumpkin seeds for $24.
This menu includes the addition of STK’s ready-to-make dinner packages that serve 2 or 4. The package will include cryo-sealed steak filets with rub and recipe card, STK Bold Sauce, Mac and Cheese, and Asparagus. Portions depend on which size you purchase. The 2 person meal is priced at $59.95, or $99.95 for the 4 person meal.
Sauteed Green Beans and Roasted Cauliflower are no longer available as sides. Tator Tots ($16), Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes ($16), and Sweet Corn Pudding ($16) have been added to the menu. Plus, all of the other sides — Parmesan Truffle Fries, Jalapeño Cheddar Grits, and Asparagus — have gone up in price from $15 to $16.
NOW — onto the Lunch menu! The Burrata Salad, Shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad, and Quinoa and Hearts of Palm Salad are no longer available. The Baby Gem Caesar Salad has gotten the same update as seen on the brunch menu.
Another handful of items have been removed from the menu as well. Gone are the Oysters, Alaskan King Crab (available as a topping), Ceviche, Wagyu Meatball, Lobster Club, BLTA, Blackened Bison Burger, Linz Angus Burger, Spiced Tuna Bowl, and STK Salad.
With all those items removed from the menu, naturally, there a bunch of things that have been added!
- Maple Rub Ora King Salmon with pickled cherry tomatoes and piquillo broccolini olive dressing for $45
- Free-Range Chicken with butternut squash purée with grilled asparagus and roasted king oyster mushroom for $43
- Grilled Chicken Breast Sandwich with bacon, lettuce, tomato, white cheddar, and ranch dressing for $20. You can have it melted, or not!
- Crispy Shrimp Po’ Boy with southern fried shrimp, tomatoes, iceberg lettuce, avocado, and spicy remoulade sauce for $27
- Wagyu Burger & Fries with a 7 oz beef patty, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, special sauce, and fries for $15. You can add grilled onions ($3), avocado ($3.50), egg ($3), and bacon ($3)
- Buttermilk Fried Chicken Thigh with honey bbq sauce, coleslaw, and homemade pickles for $19
- STK Frites includes an 8-oz ribeye, fries, and choice of sauce for $29
- Meatball Hot Wrap with red onion, red pepper tapenade, chili flakes, chipotle ketchup, and cheddar cheese for $25
The steaks are affected by the same price increases on the lunch menu as on the brunch menu. Also, the Cowgirl Ribeye has increased in price from $75 to $80. A Dry-Aged Bone-In Sirloin 18 oz. has been added for $81, as well as Surf & Turf with 8 oz. Filet & 2 Grilled Prawns for $59.
The lunch menu offers the same sides as the brunch menu, with the addition of Bacon ($19), Lobster ($29), and Mac & Cheese Trio ($39).
Time for something sweet! The dessert menu sees the addition of the Bag o’ Donuts with cinnamon sugar, dulce de leche, raspberry, and chocolate, Chocolate Cake, Apple Pie, Cheesecake, and Warm Chocolate Chip Cookie. They each cost $12.
