Universal Destinations & Experiences has announced new details for their upcoming year-round attraction coming to Las Vegas in 2025.
Universal Horror Unleashed will feature four highly-themed haunted houses, food and drink, merchandise, and seasonal events. The new venue is being built now as part of an expansion to AREA15.
Today, the company revealed the four haunted houses that Universal Horror Unleashed will open with will be based on Universal Monsters, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, The Exorcist: Believer, and Scarecrow: The Reaping.
Universal Horror Unleashed will also offer food, drinks, and merchandise, with Universal saying there will be themed zones around each of the houses and it will offer seasonal events throughout the year.
The announcement teased Jack the Clown, an original character from the company, which may mean he and others could possibly be found roaming the venue outside of the haunted mazes.

Universal Horror Unleashed was ļ¬rst announced in 2023. The company says they wish to “introduce new products to new audiences in new markets” and this is the first of its kind offering from them.
It will be the anchor tenant in the 20-acre expansion of AREA15, a popular entertainment district in Las Vegas.
An exact opening date for Universal Horror Unleashed was not revealed, only that it will open in 2025.
